FEMALE ONLY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (GROUP) 

Thoughtfully structured with the female in mind. An ever-changing pace and variety of class formats keep individuals from getting bored, while optimizing the results and output of the body. Classes are designed for females to sculpt their body by burning fat and developing lean muscle, as well as improving conditioning and overall athletic performance.

 

MALE ONLY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (GROUP)

Rigorous workouts designed to test your physical abilities. Athletic training sessions that focus on various functional strength exercises. Classes are designed for men to increase their strength and conditioning, while transforming their body by building muscle and burning fat.

 

COED FITNESS (GROUP - MEN & WOMEN)

Designed as a fast-paced and fun workout atmosphere with a goal of increasing overall physical fitness and improving athletic performance for both Men and Women.  

ONLINE COACHING & SPECIALIZED PROGRAM DESIGN

All programs are completely customized for each individual, based on each persons starting point, exercise experience, personal stats, likes and dislikes, as well as other limitations and expectations. Detailed layout for YOU, no cookie cutter program approach. Options available include Custom Training Program Design and Online Coaching (includes Custom Training Program and weekly email check-ins and performance tracking).
